Spread across two sessions, the talk was delivered by Dr Ijaz Shafi Gilani, Chairman, Gallup Pakistan, as the main speaker whereas the session was jointly chaired by former secretary finance and member, IPS National Academic Council Dr Waqar Masood Khan and Executive President IPS Khalid Rahman, Sr. security analyst Brig. (r) Said Nazir, Ambassador (r) Tajammul Altaf, a senior research associate at IPS, and Mirza Hamid Hasan, former secretary, Water and Power and member IPS National Academic Council, also participated in the session as discussants.
